Las Doscientas Olive Oil - Blend

70% Picual / 30% Arbequina 

Fruity on the nose with mild herbs, green almonds, and a sweet touch of apple and bell pepper. the palate presents a green flavor with notes of tomato leaf. It's pungency is moderately intense and rather persistent, with a light-to-medium bitterness. This is an oil with a very nice pleasing finish. Pair this olive oil with all types of salads, fresh pastas and olive oil sorbet with fresh berries.
