TERMS / CREDIT

New customers pay by check or credit card. Terms are available based upon approved credit application.

CUSTOMER PICK UP

Customers may pick up at our warehouse between the hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm M-Th. By appointment only.

SHIPPING

All freight charges are added to invoice. Depending upon order size we usually ship UPS Ground. Pallets are shipped UPS Freight or FedEx Freight. 

QUALITY CLAIMS

Please call us within 48 hours of delivery if you have any problems with a shipment. Returns cannot be accepted without prior notification and approval from JSI. Please do not take deductions on an invoice without prior verbal or written authorization from our office to do so. 

SHIPPING CLAIMS

Upon receipt of goods, you must note all discrepancies on the Bill of Lading in order to make a claim. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
